Every bouquet and floral piece is curated using the freshest flowers available. The selection of flowers may vary, depending on season and availability. Extra care is taken to prepare each bloom before we put them together. Every arrangement is a bespoke, personalized creation showcasing the beauty of each bloom. We personally deliver your order to ensure that the arrangement arrives just as it was prepared for you.
How to place an order?
PM / DM us through our Facebook Page / Instagram @lafleursociété, or email us at: email@example.com. Let us know your preferred theme, colour and budget.
When placing your order, please provide us with the following details (“the required information”):
- Date of delivery;
- Time Slots: 11am – 1pm, 2pm – 4pm, 6pm – 9pm;
- Address for delivery;
- Name of Recipient;
- A message accompanying the order (Please limit your message to no more than 150 characters); and
- Please leave us your contact number, in case we need to reach you while delivery is in progress.
We will email you the invoice as soon as we receive the required information.
Please note that full payment must be made in order for your order to be processed. Kindly email us once the payment is made, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.
– Delivery is available daily, inclusive of weekends and public holidays.
– Delivery within Singapore only.
– Orders for next day delivery must be confirmed before 3pm today. Orders made after 3pm will be delivered on the following day.
– Regular delivery fee of $10 is applicable for non-CBD location, $15 for CBD location.
– Additional delivery charge of $10 applies to the following locations:
- a) Sentosa Island;
- b) Airport Terminal (Public Areas only); and
- c) Changi Airfreight Centre / Changi Cargo Complex
– Please note that we do not deliver to the following locations:
- a) Tuas area;
- b) Jurong Island;
- c) Army Camps; and
- d) PSA Ports
– An additional fee of $15 is applicable for delivery during peak periods such as eves of public holidays, public holidays, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
– Self-Collection is available daily after 7pm on weekdays and before 1pm on Saturdays. Self-Collection is not available on Sundays, eves of public holidays and public holidays.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the flowers according to the selected time slot for delivery.
– In the event the recipient is not present, and no representative is available to receive the flowers, we will contact the sender for further instructions. PLEASE NOTE THAT if we are unable to reach you with 15 minutes of arrival at the delivery address, the flowers will be placed with the reception / front desk, or at the door. La Fleur Société will not be responsible for any loss or damages thereafter.
– A re-scheduling of delivery can be made upon payment of an additional $10 re-delivery fee. Furthermore, such re-delivery must be made within 24 hours from the original delivery time slot. If not, a fresh order must be placed for any subsequent re-delivery beyond the 24 hour time frame.
– No refund will be provided for the undelivered order.
– Payment can be via:
- a) Bank transfer to: POSB SAVINGS 148-09370-9; OR
- b) DBS Pay Now @ 96456216
– Any cancellation to your order must be made at least 3 full days before the stipulated delivery date for a full refund (e.g . cancellation for a Wednesday delivery must be made by Sunday).
– To cancel an order, simply drop us an email.
– No refund will be provided for any cancellation made within less than 3 days from the date of delivery.
– Any other refund requests will be made at the sole discretion of La Fleur Société. La Fleur Société reserves the rights to decline any refund requests without explanation.
All personal information (name, delivery address, email address, contact number etc) collected is confidential, and is strictly used for the purpose of delivery and issuance of invoice and delivery order. Any information collected will not be used for any marketing purposes, nor disclosed to any other parties without your prior consent.
